2 ½ Cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
½ cup cane sugar or coconut sugar
1 tbsp baking powder or 7g yeast

Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2. Add the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
Step 3. Add the wet and stir well until a thick dough forms.
Step 4. Add in the blueberries.
Step 5. Form a round disc out of the dough. Use a knife to cut the dough into 8 equal-sized triangles.
Step 6. Bake for 25 minutes.
